Ian Holloway feeling "fantastic" after first win

Ian Holloway says that he feels "fantastic" after Crystal Palace beat Sunderland 3-1 at Selhurst Park to register their first win of the Premier League season.

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway has expressed his delight with this evening's 3-1 win over Sunderland.

Goals from Danny Gabbidon, Dwight Gayle and Stuart O'Keefe helped to Eagles to their first victory of the Premier League season at Selhurst Park.

"I feel fantastic," he told Sky Sports News. "We gave a great account of ourselves against Tottenham in our first game - they can rip teams to shreds and we limited them to just three chances.

"Against Stoke last week we were as good but we made a couple of mistakes in the second half and got slaughtered for it. I'm delighted for the boys today though, we thoroughly deserve it."

Palace travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United next Saturday.
