How Tottenham Hotspur could line up against Chelsea

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League game between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, Sports Mole looks at how Jose Mourinho's side could line up at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham Hotspur make the short trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea as one of the form teams in the Premier League.

Despite suffering defeat at the hands of RB Leipzig in the Champions League, Spurs have picked up 10 points from their last four outings in the top flight.

Should the North London outfit prevail in Saturday's derby showdown, they will move ahead of the Blues in the standings.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how Jose Mourinho's side could line up against his former club.

Due to the short turnaround, Mourinho is expected to make multiple changes to his starting lineup, which may include an alteration in attack.

With Son Heung-min and Harry Kane sidelined in the long term, Dele Alli could be handed an opportunity down the middle, with one of Steven Bergwijn or Lucas Moura dropping down to the substitutes' bench.

That could allow Gedson Fernandes, who impressed against Leipzig in midweek, to move out to the right flank in anticipation of Chelsea reverting to a back three.

Should Giovani Lo Celso be used in a more advanced position, Eric Dier and Tanguy Ndombele may get the nod in midfield ahead of Harry Winks.

As a result of Ben Davies not long being back from injury, either Japhet Tanganga or Jan Vertonghen could replace the Welshman at left-back.
