Preview: Burnley vs. Bournemouth

Sports Mole looks ahead to this weekend's Championship clash between Burnley and Bournemouth at Turf Moor.

Burnley will welcome back their former manager Eddie Howe when Bournemouth arrive at Turf Moor for this weekend's Championship encounter.

The Cherries boss left his managerial spot at Burnley last year, and the club have since gone from strength to strength under Sean Dyche.

The home side are currently at the top of the league table on 33 points following 14 fixtures, 10 of which have resulted in victory for Dyche's men.

Burnley could extend their lead at the top to four points with a win over Bournemouth, who have secured just one win in six matches following their promotion from League One last season.

The Clarets are expected to line the field with their in-form strikeforce Danny Ings and Sam Vokes, while Ryan Allsop will be missing for Bournemouth's trip due to a bout of glandular fever.
