Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Championship clash between Bristol City and Middlesbrough at Ashton Gate.

Bristol City host Middlesbrough in the Championship on Saturday with both sides needing a win for different reasons.

Despite five points from their last three games, City come into the match three points from safety at the bottom of the table.

A 2-1 defeat at Huddersfield Town on Tuesday saw Tony Mowbray's side slip two points off the playoff places.

Sam Baldock and Steven Davies are both in contention for the home side, while Richard Foster remains sidelined with an Achilles injury.

Jonathan Woodgate is expected to miss out for the hosts, but Kieron Dyer could be recalled to the starting lineup after sitting out the loss at Huddersfield.
