Juventus 'line up Mousa Dembele, Aaron Ramsey as Emre Can alternatives'

Italian champions Juventus reportedly identify Mousa Dembele and Aaron Ramsey as possible transfer targets should they miss out on Emre Can this summer.

Juventus have reportedly identified Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele and Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey as potential transfer targets should they miss out on Emre Can this summer.

The Italian champions are understood to have been leading the race for Can's signature for some time now, with the German expected to leave Liverpool when his contract expires at the end of this season.

However, Can's reluctance to agree terms before the end of the season have forced Juve to consider other options, and Tuttosport reports that their list of possible targets includes Dembele and Ramsey.

Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is understood to be the Old Lady's main alternative for Can, although he has also been linked with Manchester United and could cost as much as €90m (£78.7m) to prise away from Lazio.

Paris Saint-Germain's Adrien Rabiot is another player being considered by Massimiliano Allegri's side, although Dembele and Ramsey both represent cheaper options.

The North London duo are both due to be out of contract at the end of next season, which could enable Juve to negotiate a cut-price deal for either's signature.
