Preview: West Ham United vs. Liverpool

Sports Mole previews the match between West Ham United and Liverpool in the Premier League.

Liverpool travel to West Ham United on Sunday afternoon hoping to record their eighth Premier League victory in a row.

The Merseyside outfit's form has seen them move past Manchester City and Chelsea to top the standings and manager Brendan Rodgers is aware that they will win their first league title since 1990 if they are successful in their remaining six games.

Joe Allen could potentially replace Coutinho in midfield, but Rodgers is likely to name the same starting lineup that began last weekend's 4-0 victory against Tottenham Hotspur.

West Ham have responded to suffering three successive defeats by recording back-to-back 2-1 wins over Hull City and Sunderland respectively.

The Hammers have moved 11 points clear of the relegation zone and boss Sam Allardyce will be eager to end the campaign on a high with 10th position in their sights.

Allardyce is likely to be without George McCartney, which could see Pablo Armero brought in at left-back.
