Chris Brunt urges fans to get behind West Bromwich Albion

West Bromwich Albion winger Chris Brunt wants his side's supporters to get behind the team after being booed off in their last home outing against Arsenal.

West Bromwich Albion winger Chris Brunt has urged his side's supporters to back them in their Premier League clash against West Ham United.

The Baggies were booed off following their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal, while fans also jeered at boss Alan Irvine for his decision to replace Stephane Sessegnon with Georgios Samaras in their loss at The Hawthorns.

Brunt told reporters: "Our home form hasn't been great but we just hope the crowd get behind us against West Ham. The crowd started well with us against Arsenal but as the game wore on they got a bit frustrated.

"But we need them to get behind us and hopefully they will do that and help us get the three points at home because it has been a while since we did that."

The Baggies are currently 15th in the Premier League, and have lost their last three matches.
