Bradley Johnson "sad to see" former club Norwich City relegated

Bradley Johnson admits that he is "sad to see" his former club Norwich City get relegated to the Championship.

Derby County midfielder Bradley Johnson has admitted that he is "sad to see" his former club Norwich City get relegated from the Championship.

Alex Neil's side were booted out of the Premier League despite securing a 4-2 win over Watford this evening.

The Canaries' fate was in the hands of Sunderland, who managed to earn a 3-0 triumph over Everton at the Stadium of Light.

Johnson, who left Norwich to join Derby last year following a four-year spell, tweeted: "Sad to see my old club @NorwichCityFC go down tonight. Had some great times there. Feel for the fans and everyone connected to the club."

Newcastle United have also been relegated to the Championship.
