Preview: Mexico vs. Senegal
Sports Mole previews the Olympic quarter-final clash between Mexico and Senegal at Wembley Stadium.

Mexico and Senegal will clash in the quarter-finals of the Olympics at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.

The South Americans unspectacularly topped Group B to set up the last-eight clash, while Senegal finished second behind Team GB on Group A.

Mexico did not make too many noises as they advanced to this stage of the competition, but they have yet to concede a single goal in the tournament.

The last time they reached this stage of the competition was in 1996, while their best-placed finish was fourth in 1968.

Meanwhile, Senegal also remained unbeaten throughout the group campaign; although this is the first time they have reached this stage of the Olympics.

The Mexicans are expected to remain unchanged from their 1-0 win over Switzerland last time out, with Giovani dos Santos starting in attack.

Senegal, meanwhile, also have no fresh injury concerns to contend with and are expected to name Magaye Gueye for the second consecutive match.

Mexico: Corona; Reyes, Mier, Chavez, Salcido; Ponce, Aquino, Enriguez, Peralta; Dos Santos, Fabian

Senegal: Mane; Ciss, Ba, Gueye, Toure; M Gueye, Kouyate, Diame, Badji, Mane; Konate
