West Ham United reportedly identify Juventus's Daniele Rugani, Torino's Bremer and Fiorentina's Nikola Milenkovic as three potential targets in January.

West Ham United have reportedly identified three Serie A centre-backs as potential targets for the January transfer window.

David Moyes is looking bolster his defensive options in the New Year as Kurt Zouma and Angelo Ogbonna are both set for lengthy spells on the sidelines, with the latter ruled out for the rest of the season.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus's Daniele Rugani, Torino's Bremer and Fiorentina's Nikola Milenkovic are all being closely monitored by the Hammers.

Rugani has fallen down the pecking order at Juve, featuring for just 188 minutes in four appearances so far this season, however the Old Lady are only prepared to let the 27-year-old leave on loan in January.

Bremer, meanwhile, has been tipped to leave Torino in one of the upcoming transfer windows – with West Ham, Liverpool and Manchester United all monitoring his situation – and the Brazilian could be available for as little as £6.8m.

As for Milenkovic, the Hammers face stern competition from Serie A giants AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus to land the 24-year-old, but they are hoping a move to the Premier League can tempt the £15m-rated Serbian to swap Florence for East London.
