Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ready to rival both Manchester City and Liverpool in the race to sign Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly identified Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri as a potential signing during the January transfer window.

Both Manchester City and Liverpool have been linked with a move for Seri, who has starred for the Ligue 1 outfit over the past 18 months.

However, according to the Daily Mail, PSG are weighing up the possibility of making an approach for the Ivorian in the coming weeks.

Since June 2015, Seri has netted 11 times in 96 appearances for Nice, with the 26-year-old's performances helping the club qualify for the playoff rounds of this season's Champions League.

Seri - who could cost somewhere in the region of £35m - has 18 months remaining on his contract at Allianz Riviera.
