The Dutchman was rested by Jurgen Klopp for Liverpool's 3-0 win over Huddersfield Town, but he is back in the starting lineup alongside Dejan Lovren.

In midfield, Liverpool are unchanged, with Jordan Henderson, Emre Can and James Milner all starting - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remains on the bench.

Up front, Klopp opts for the regular front three of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.

For Tottenham, manager Mauricio Pochettino keeps Hugo Lloris in goal, while Kieran Trippier starts in defence.

Moussa Dembele starts in midfield, supported by Christian Eriksen, while Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are deployed up top.
