Benfica 'reject Juventus bid for Joao Felix'

Benfica turn down a £65m offer from Juventus for Portuguese teenager Joao Felix, according to a report.

Benfica have reportedly turned down a £65m offer from Juventus for Joao Felix.

Felix, who turned 19 in the latter stages of 2018, is widely regarded as one of the best teenagers in world football.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United are just three of the clubs to be linked with the forward, who has made 10 appearances for Portugal's Under-21 side.

Felix has scored 15 times in 36 first-team games for Benfica this season, meanwhile, and it is thought that he will leave Portugal this summer despite having a contract at the Estadio da Luz until June 2023.

According to O Jogo, Juve launched a £65m bid for the youngster last week, but Benfica rejected the proposal as they hold out for his full release fee, which is £104m.

The Italian champions are said to be prepared to sell Argentine forward Paulo Dybala this summer in order to fund a move for Felix.
