Fulham confirm Jamie O'Hara signing

Former Blackpool midfielder Jamie O'Hara joins Fulham on a one-year deal.

Fulham have confirmed the signing of former Blackpool midfielder Jamie O'Hara on a one-year deal.

The 28-year-old moves to Craven Cottage as a free agent after being released by the Seasiders at the end of last season.

O'Hara made 28 appearances for Blackpool during his short spell at Bloomfield Road.

"I'm absolutely delighted," he told Fulham's official website. "I've had a couple of weeks training with the team and I really felt I wanted to get to this club. I've loved it, I've worked hard and now it's paid off. I have to thank the manager for giving me the opportunity."

O'Hara is Fulham's fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Ben Pringle, Andy Lonergan, Tom Cairney and Jazz Richards.
