The agent of Chelsea midfielder Jorginho suggests that there is a possibility of the Italy international leaving Stamford Bridge this summer.

Agent Joao Santos has suggested that Chelsea midfielder Jorginho could depart Stamford Bridge this summer.

While recently finding himself back in the starting lineup due to injuries to N'Golo Kante and Billy Gilmour, the Italy international continues to be linked with a reunion with former boss Maurizio Sarri at Juventus.

Despite denying claims that the pair have already been in contact, Santos has hinted that there is scope for the relevant parties reaching an agreement.

Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss, Santos said: "Sarri has never called Jorginho personally to talk about Juventus. I know there's talk in the papers, but we have never had direct contact with Sarri or even director of sport Fabio Paratici.

"When the directors Paratici and Marina Granovskaia find an agreement, if they find an agreement, then and only then can I talk about the situation.

"Everyone knows there is a very strong rapport between Sarri and Jorginho after five years working together, I'd be a hypocrite to deny that, but I also want to remind you that Jorginho has three years left on his Chelsea contract."

Jorginho has made 98 appearances during his two years with the West Londoners.
