Chelsea delay contact talks with Willian, Olivier Giroud, Pedro and Willy Caballero due to the coronavirus outbreak, according to a report.

Chelsea have reportedly delayed contact talks with Willian, Olivier Giroud, Pedro and Willy Caballero due to the current uncertainty surrounding the 2019-20 campaign.

The coronavirus outbreak has forced the majority of European football to be suspended, although there is still a hope that the current season will be completed.

Willian, Giroud, Pedro and Caballero will all see their current deals expire at the end of June, but the 2019-20 campaign could still be ongoing at that point.

According to The Telegraph, the worldwide pandemic has forced Chelsea to put contract talks on hold as the future is unclear.

The report claims that tying Tammy Abraham to a new deal is also a priority for Frank Lampard's side, although the England international still has more than two years left to run on his current agreement.

Pedro recently claimed that he would not be signing a new contract at Stamford Bridge, while Willian, Giroud and Caballero have also been linked with exits.
