Wednesday's La Liga predictions including Atletico Madrid vs. Cadiz

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's La Liga fixtures, including Atletico Madrid vs. Cadiz.

Valencia vs. Villarreal (Wednesday, 6.30pm)

Relegation-threatened Valencia will aim to enhance their bid for La Liga survival when Champions League-chasing Villarreal visit the Mestalla on Wednesday evening.

With six games remaining, Valencia find themselves just two points clear of the drop zone, while Villarreal sit five points shy of the top four.

We say: Valencia 1-2 Villarreal

Fighting for their lives at the bottom end of the table, Valencia will be desperate to pick up a positive result on Wednesday, but in-form Villarreal will not make life easy for the hosts.

Having won seven of their last 10 league outings – including three of their previous four away games – Villarreal look set to pile more pressure on the relegation strugglers.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Atletico vs. Cadiz (Wednesday, 9.00pm)

Off the back of eye-catching victories at the weekend, Atletico Madrid and Cadiz prepare to lock horns in Wednesday's La Liga affair at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Diego Simeone's side ran out 5-2 winners over Real Valladolid last time out, while their visitors downed Valencia 2-1 to move ever closer to safety.

We say: Atletico Madrid 3-1 Cadiz

Atletico may have lost their defensive nous a tad in recent weeks, but Simeone's side have more than made up for it in the final third and have been a winning machine in front of their own fans.

While Cadiz have held their own on the road over the past couple of months, their raft of injury concerns and trio of fresh suspensions means that Wednesday's trip to the capital should not be a memorable one.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Getafe vs. Celta Vigo (Wednesday, 9.00pm)

With the threat of relegation looming, Getafe return to Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Perez for a La Liga date with mid-table Celta Vigo on Wednesday night.

Jose Bordalas's first game back in charge of the hosts ended in a 1-0 loss to Espanyol at the weekend, while the visitors were comprehensively beaten 3-1 by Villarreal.

We say: Getafe 1-2 Celta Vigo

Celta Vigo were perhaps a little disjointed at the weekend given Carvalhal's raft of rotations, but the returns of big-hitters Aspas and Veiga should swing the pendulum in the visitors' favour.

Getafe did little to suggest that an end-of-season revival could be on the cards against fellow relegation candidates Espanyol, and we can only envisage a refreshed Celta team taking all the spoils in a further blow to the hosts' survival hopes.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.
