Real Madrid consider January move for Paris Saint-Germain's Julian Draxler?

Real Madrid are reportedly considering launching an offer for Paris Saint-Germain winger Julian Draxler during the January transfer window.

Real Madrid have reportedly identified Paris Saint-Germain winger Julian Draxler as a possible transfer target for the January window.

After a poor start to the campaign, Real are already said to be assessing their options ahead of the midway point of the season and it appears that Draxler may be on their radar.

According to Don Balon, Real are ready to try to tempt PSG into a sale, with Draxler only regarded as second choice at the Parc des Princes after the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

The 24-year-old has netted 10 goals in 26 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants, but the German international has only completed 90 minutes on one occasion this season.

PSG may also have to do more to satisfy financial fair-play regulations, and Draxler is one of the squad players who could still attract a sizeable transfer fee.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Bayern Munich were also linked with a move for the former Wolfsburg man before the end of August.
