Aaron Ramsey: 'Jack Wilshere goal was breathtaking'

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey hails the "breathtaking" goals which helped them thrash Norwich City 4-1 last weekend.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has declared that his side's commitment to swift passing football at speed was the driving force behind some impressive goals against Norwich City last weekend.

The Gunners earned plaudits for their memorable opener in a 4-1 win at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, which saw Jack Wilshere finish after a slick one-touch move featuring Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud.

Ramsey has described that strike as "breathtaking", while declaring that the well-worked goal typified Arsenal's mentality and drive to develop an understanding on the training ground.

He told the club's official website: "That was top football. It was all one touch, the ball was perfect into the player they were passing to and the first-time finish with his right foot was great.

"Our philosophy is to play football like that and get the ball down and play fast one or two touch football. Some of the goals were breathtaking but we practice those sort of things in training."

Ramsey, Ozil and Wilshere were all on target against the Canaries, extending Arsenal's unbeaten run in all competitions to 12 matches.
