Spain manager Vicente del Bosque has included a whole host of Premier League players in his provisional 26-man squad for next month's Confederations Cup in Brazil.

Chelsea trio Juan Mata, Fernando Torres and Cesar Azpilicueta will continue their marathon campaigns after making the cut, with Torres edging Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Negredo to make the list.

Arsenal also have two players in La Roja's initial squad as Nacho Monreal gets the nod to join Santi Cazorla in Del Bosque's plans.

Manchester City playmaker David Silva is joined by club colleague Javi Garcia, who is a surprise inclusion in midfield.

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina continues as understudy to Iker Casillas and Victor Valdes, while Real Betis midfielder Beñat Etxebarria is rewarded for his fine club form with a call-up.

Del Bosque will have to trim the squad to a final selection of 23 players after next weekend's final round of La Liga fixtures.
