Leicester Tigers winger Miles Benjamin is expected to be out for four months with a neck injury.

Leicester Tigers' new signing Miles Benjamin faces up to four months out after picking up a neck injury in an A League fixture.

The winger has yet to feature for the first team after his summer move from the Worcester Warriors.

"Unfortunately, Miles suffered a pretty nasty injury to his neck against Northampton in the A League two weeks ago which has resulted in a spinal injury," read a statement.

"He will be potentially out for three to four months."

Tigers captain Geordan Murphy is to miss Saturday's game with Harlequins because of a knee injury.
