BBC apologise for Billy Morgan's 'huck it' comment

The BBC issue an on-air apology following a post-jump interview by British snowboarder Billy Morgan

The BBC were forced into an on-air apology after snowboarder Billy Morgan's post-jump interview at the Winter Olympics in Sochi.

When asked about his approach, the British athlete replied: "I just thought 'huck it'" - which is reportedly a slang term within the snowboarding community.

The BBC thought that Morgan had swore and presenter Hazel Irvine issued an on-air apology to viewers shortly afterwards.

Morgan finished 10th in the men's slopestyle final at Rosa Khutor Extreme Park, with his teammate Jamie Nicholls also missing out on the medals.
