Police reportedly kicked out a group of Manchester United supporters from a pub in Liverpool ahead of their side's clash against Everton on Sunday.

The authorities were called into the Thomas Frost pub outside Goodison Park when fans were heard singing: "Oh Merseyside is full of shit."

Once the police arrived, the United group altered one of the words to "sheep" before chanting: "We're Man United, we'll do what we want!"

According to 101greatgoals.com, the United fans in question were taken out of the pub and given a police escort to the match, which United went on to lose 2-0.

United can no longer mathematically qualify for the Champions League as they currently reside seventh in the Premier League table, 13 points adrift of fourth, with four games left to play.
