Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand appeals on Twitter for the return of his brother's lost iPhone in exchange for match tickets.

Rio Ferdinand has offered match tickets for the return of his little brother's lost iPhone.

The device was lost at Winter Wonderland in Manchester at the weekend.

The Manchester United defender appealed for help from his Twitter followers, saying: "At #winterwonderland & my little brother lost his iphone (white/blue #5 case), tickets in it for whoever returns it to [United's training ground] Carrington. Upset boy."

Ferdinand's appeal has been retweeted over 400 times in a bid to help reunite the phone with its owner.
