Two more golds for England gymnasts

Team England collect two more golds and a silver in the final gymnastics events of the day at the Commonwealth Games.

Team England have added three more medals to their collection in the final apparatus events of the day at the Commonwealth Games.

The first event of the day, the floor exercise, ended in disappointment as reigning champion Max Whitlock could only finish in sixth place, although he did return later to collect a silver on the pommel horse.

England were not to end the day without some golds in their collection, however, as Georgia-Mae Fenton took top honours with a score of 14.600 for her performance on the uneven bars.

Over on the rings, Games debutant Courtney Tulloch was crowned champion with a score of 14.833 for his routine, with teammate Wilson claiming silver after being scored 14.400.

Wilson, who had previously earned gold medals in the team and individual all-around finals, is back in action tomorrow on the parallel bar and horizontal bar.
