American Peter Uihlein moves into a one-shot lead on day two of the Spanish Open in Valencia.

Peter Uihlein has moved into a one-shot lead on day two of the Spanish Open in Valencia.

The American followed up his opening round of 70 with a 68 on Friday to leave him on six-under-par overall going into the weekend.

Chile's Felipe Aguilar, who had a share of the overnight lead, is a shot further back with Frenchman Raphael Jacquelin and Swede Rikard Karlberg.

Scottish duo Marc Warren and Craig Lee are both on four-under with three others, while Englishmen David Howell, Tommy Fleetwood and Matthew Baldwin will start Saturday three shots off the top of the leaderboard.
