Report: West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic eyes £5m Jack Grealish

A report claims that West Ham United are considering a £5m move for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish at the end of the season.

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic is reportedly considering a move for Aston Villa youngster Jack Grealish at the end of the season.

The 20-year-old, who has been at Villa for 14 years, had been tipped to enjoy a breakthrough campaign after impressing under Tim Sherwood last season.

A series of off-the-field issues and a troublesome ankle injury have limited the midfielder's involvement this term, however, and he was also forced to train with Villa's Under-21 team in November after going out clubbing hours after the first team lost 4-0 at Everton.

According to the Brentwood Gazette, however, Bilic has seen enough of the Englishman to consider making a £5m offer in this summer's transfer window.

Villa are currently rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table having lost 19 of their 29 league games this season.
