West Ham United must clinch a victory over Hull City in order to keep their automatic promotion hopes alive.

West Ham United face a must-win Championship final match against Hull City on Saturday in order to give the Hammers a chance of achieving automatic promotion.

Sam Allardyce's side sit just two points behind second-placed Southampton, who must lose to Coventry City if West Ham have any chance of replacing the South Coast side in the table.

Kevin Nolan will captain his side, who managed to keep their promotion hopes alive by defeating Leicester City 2-1 on Monday.

Ricardo Vaz Te is likely to lead the line for the London club, with Carlton Cole providing support.

Meanwhile, Nigel Pearson is expected to start an attacking duo of Matt Fryatt and Richard Garcia.

Current form:

West Ham: LWDWDW
Hull: LLWDWW

Possible lineups:

West Ham: Green; Reid, Tomkins, Demel; Collison, Nolan, Taylor, Noble, O'Neil; Cole, Vaz Te

Hull: Mannone; Rosenior, Dawson, Chester, Cooper; McKenna, Stewart, Evans, Koren; Garcia, Fryatt

Sports Mole says: 2-1
