Jamie Redknapp expects Sam Allardyce to leave West Ham United in summer

Jamie Redknapp believes that Sam Allardyce will leave his position as West Ham United in the summer.

Jamie Redknapp has expressed his belief that Sam Allardyce will not be West Ham United manager when the 2015-16 season rolls around.

The 60-year-old's future has been a talking point in recent weeks as he is not due to discuss his contract situation with the owners until the current campaign is over.

Allardyce recently expressed a desire to stay at the Premier League club, but Redknapp believes that his time at Upton Park is drawing to a close.

In his Daily Mail column, Redknapp wrote: "I don't care what anybody says, Big Sam has done a good job at West Ham. He saved them from relegation last year, rebuilt over the summer and some of their attacking football in the first half of the season was fantastic to watch.

"But for whatever reason, his face doesn't seem to fit and I suspect he will move on in the summer. If that happens, I'm sure there will be plenty of suitors for Sam."

Allardyce has been Hammers boss since 2011.
