Tottenham Hotspur prepare to appoint a new manager before the domestic campaign concludes, according to a report.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly confident of appointing a new manager before the end of the Premier League season.

The Lilywhites placed Ryan Mason in temporary charge following the sacking of Jose Mourinho last month, and Daniel Levy has been working to find a long-term replacement for the Portuguese.

Spurs have already missed out on rumoured targets Erik ten Hag and Julian Nagelsmann, while Brendan Rodgers has also distanced himself from the vacancy in North London.

However, Football Insider claims that Spurs' search for a new leader is progressing well, and the capital outfit should have a fresh face in the dugout before the campaign concludes.

The likes of Marcelo Bielsa, Rafael Benitez and Nuno Espirito Santo have been linked with the role in recent days, while Lazio manager Simone Inzaghi has supposedly emerged as a candidate for the job.

Mason recently claimed that he wanted to leave Spurs in a positive state for the new manager, with the Lilywhites currently seventh in the Premier League table with three games left to play.
