Swansea City will put their good home form on the line against Chelsea tomorrow evening. Here, Sports Mole previews the clash.

Andre Villas-Boas takes his Chelsea side to Swansea City tomorrow evening, a venue that has become somewhat of a fortress for the Welsh side this season.

Only Premier League champions Manchester United have left the Liberty Stadium with all three points.

Chelsea will have to make do without the services of Brazilian midfielder Ramires, who has been ruled out for a month with an ankle injury. Frank Lampard is also facing a race against time to recover from a calf complaint.

Danny Graham is expected to lead the line for the hosting Swans, with Luke Moore likely to drop to the bench following his starting role against Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup.

Current form:

Swansea: LDDWWL
Chelsea: DDLWWD

Possible lineups:

Swansea: Vorm; Taylor, Williams, Tate, Rangel; Britton, Allen, Siguardsson; Dyer, Sinclair, Graham.

Chelsea: Cech; Cole, Terry, Cahill, Bosingwa; Mikel, Essien, Romeu; Mata, Torres, Sturridge.

Sports Mole says: 2-2
