Paul Lambert bemoans the individual errors his Norwich City side are currently making.

Norwich City manager Paul Lambert has spoken of his disappointment at the individual errors that his team are currently making.

The Canaries lost 1-0 at home to West Bromwich Albion earlier this afternoon, with centre-back Richie de Laet gifting Peter Odemwingie the only goal of the game following a weak header.

Lambert believes that Norwich deserved a share of the spoils, but has insisted that they must stop committing mistakes.

"At the minute we are getting punished when we are playing well which is frustrating but the effort and commitment is there, I can't complain about the lads," Lambert told Sky Sports News.

"But you can't start the game and be down within two minutes. We gave them something to hang on to.

"We should have done better with the goal, you make mistakes you get punished but I can't fault the lads because I don't believe we deserved to lose but we did."

Norwich are yet to win in the Premier League since being promoted last season.
