Lewis Grabban wants to keep Norwich City place

Norwich City striker Lewis Grabban says that he wants to add to his goal against Arsenal and go on a run in the side.

Norwich City striker Lewis Grabban has said that he wants to build on his goal against Arsenal by retaining his place in the team.

The 27-year-old, who was suspended in August for refusing to be a substitute in a League Cup tie at Rotherham United, returned to Premier League action as he helped the Canaries to a 1-1 draw with the Gunners on Sunday.

Grabban has said that he was pleased to play his part in the result and is now targeting a run in the Norwich side.

"Every player wants to stay in the team and scoring gives me a bigger chance to do that," he told the club's official website.

"The manager has been fine so I've just been working hard to get back into the team. Hopefully I can now move forward and the team can look forward to the next game. Getting the point was the most important thing for us."

Norwich travel to Watford next Saturday.
