Norwich City's Jonny Howson: "We're looking for a reaction"

Norwich City midfielder Jonny Howson insists that his side have to do their utmost to get back to winning ways following their defeat to Southampton last time out.

Norwich City midfielder Jonny Howson has admitted that he and his teammates are determined to bounce back from their defeat to Southampton in their match against Bournemouth.

The Canaries fell to their first away defeat under the tenure of Alex Neil in a 3-0 loss at St Mary's Stadium.

Howson is adamant that his side have to get back to winning ways as soon as possible to get their solid start to the season back on track.

He told the club's official website: "We're looking for a reaction, because our focus is always on the next match, regardless of the previous result.

"Having said that, after a defeat you certainly want to put it right as quickly as possible. Our previous games are in the past now though, and we can't affect them.

"We'll concentrate on what we can control, which is the Bournemouth match. We know it's going to be a difficult test, but the disappointment of Southampton will drive us forward."

Neil's side face Bournemouth at Carrow Road later today.
