Brendan Rodgers makes seven changes for Liverpool's away tie against Scottish side Hearts.

Brendan Rodgers has rested several big-name Liverpool players for tonight's Europa League playoff round first-leg game against Hearts.

Glen Johnson, Steven Gerrard, Lucas Leiva and Luis Suarez have all been replaced in the starting XI, along with Martin Skrtel, Joe Allen and Stewart Downing.

Left-back Jack Robinson makes a surprise start, while promising 17-year-old forward Raheem Sterling is also selected in the lineup.

For Hearts, John Sutton leads the line in attack in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
