Chelsea 'want £10.75m for Cesc Fabregas'

Chelsea tell Monaco that they want a figure of £10.75m for Cesc Fabregas, according to a report.

Chelsea have reportedly told Monaco that they want a figure of £10.75m for Cesc Fabregas as the experienced midfielder nears a move to the Stade Louis II.

Fabregas is believed to have travelled to France on Sunday to complete his transfer to Monaco, who are managed by the Spaniard's former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry.

The player has seemingly already agreed a contract with Monaco, but according to The Mirror, the Ligue 1 giants have not yet negotiated a price with Chelsea.

The report claims that Chelsea are demanding £10.75m for the 31-year-old, but Monaco want to pay less for a player who has only made six Premier League appearances for the Blues this season.

The 110-time Spain international will leave Stamford Bridge having helped Chelsea land two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and one League Cup over the last four years.
