Nathan Blake: 'Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers is a massive game'

Nathan Blake describes tonight's match between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers as a "massive game".

Former Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers striker Nathan Blake has described tonight's meeting between the two teams as a "massive game".

The clubs currently occupy the bottom two positions in the Premier League table and even a win tonight would not lift either out of the relegation zone.

Blake believes that the loser of the match could well be demoted to the Championship.

"It's a massive game anyway, but I can never remember there being so much emphasis on it," Blake told BBC Sport.

"I think the winner can go on and get out of trouble. Whoever loses, I can see it being a long season."

Blake scored 48 goals for Wanderers before signing for Blackburn in a £4.25m transfer.
