Aston Villa's Kieran Richardson rues "sloppy goals" conceded against Everton

Kieran Richardson criticises Aston Villa's team performance following Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Everton.

Aston Villa's Kieran Richardson has insisted that he and his teammates need to "move on" after suffering their fourth Premier League defeat in a row against Everton.

The Midlands outfit are 12th in the table after succumbing to a 3-0 loss at the hands of the Toffees at Goodison Park on Saturday.

"It was a very hard game," Richardson told AVTV. "We started very slow. We weren't on the pace from the get-go and that showed as we were 1-0 down at half time.

"They were three sloppy goals but that's football. We have to move on. We have a big game coming up against QPR and we have to get back to winning ways and get some points on the board."

Villa have conceded 11 goals in their last four league matches.
