Azerbaijan's Teymour Mammadov has won light-heavyweight boxing gold after defeating Italian Valentino Manfredonia by a unanimous points decision.

Oleksander Khyzniak of Ukraine and Russia's Pavel Silyagin have taken the bronze medals.

Mammadov, 22, had beaten Britain's Joshua Buatsi in the last 32.
