The Minnesota Timberwolves announce the signings of Kyrylo Fesenko and Brady Heslip, who both turned out for the team's summer league side in Las Vegas.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have announced the signings of Kyrylo Fesenko and Brady Heslip.

Both players featured for Minnesota's entry in the 2014 Summer League, with center Fesenko impressing during their win over the Phoenix Suns, putting in a 17-point, eight-rebound performance in 26 minutes.

Guard Heslip also shone in the league over five games, where he averaged 6.2 points and connected on 61.1% of his shots and 70.0% from three-point range.

The signings come as the franchise also looks to play a patient waiting game to secure a contract extension with Ricky Rubio.
