Jessica Ennis: 'I'm not too disappointed'

Jessica Ennis refuses to let the disappointment of losing her heptathlon world title get her down.

Great Britain's Jessica Ennis has remained upbeat despite losing her heptathlon world title in Daegu earlier today.

Ennis won the title in Berlin in 2009 but was unable to hold off the challenge from Russia's Tatyana Chernova this time around and had to settle for the silver medal.

Despite surrendering her title, Ennis has kept positive and has set her sights on the Olympics Games in London next year.

"I'm going to work hard at all the events and make sure I'm strong next year. I've evaluated it and I'm not too disappointed," said Ennis.

"I have been in a few heptathlons now and they have ended up going in very different ways - I was leading in Berlin from start to finish and now here.

"It has been a massive learning curve."

Ennis trailed Chernova by 129 points in the standings.
