John Idzik: New York Jets "excited" by Percy Harvin arrival

New York Jets general manager John Idzik admits that his side are delighted with the acquisition of Percy Harvin from the Seattle Seahawks.

New York Jets general manager John Idzik has revealed that his side are "excited" about what wide receiver Percy Harvin can bring to their side.

The Jets acquired the 26-year-old from the Seattle Seahawks for a conditional pick in the 2015 Draft and hope that he will help boost their struggling offense.

"Percy is a versatile, dynamic player who has been productive on offense and special teams," Idzik told the club's official website. "We're excited about adding him to the Jets."

The Jets have a 1-6 record this season following their loss to the New England Patriots on Thursday.
