Robert Kraft determined to keep Tom Brady, Bill Belichick for as long as possible

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is hopeful that he can keep the duo of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick at the club for as long as possible.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is determined to keep head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady at the club for as long as possible.

The duo have been with the club since the 2000 season and have won four Super Bowls together, becoming arguably the most successful coach-quarterback tandem in the history of the NFL.

Brady will be 38 at the start of the season, but Kraft is confident that the quarterback will still be able to perform at a high level following his MVP performance in his side's Super Bowl win over the Seattle Seahawks.

"As long as the good lord lets me breathe, that's my objective," Kraft told CBS. "We've been able to keep it together for 15 years, and I don't think there is any other head coach-owner relationship like that.

"Tommy is just so special the way he takes care of himself, the way he trains and the kind of leader he is."

Brady and Belichick joined the duo of Chuck Noll and Terry Bradshaw as the only coach-quarterback partnership to win four Super Bowls together.
