Carolina Panthers safety Mike Mitchell believes that every one of his teammates should be offended by New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes's comments.
Holmes stated that the Panthers' secondary was the "weakest link" in the team ahead of their week 15 clash.
"The whole team should take it personal," Mitchell told the Charlotte Observer.
"I like that coach tries to do things like that. Always making it team, team, team. I think that's very good how he does that for us."
The Panthers are 9-4 in their season and currently hold the fifth seed in the NFC playoff race.
