Gino D'Acamp and Fred Sirieix will return for a new ITV series - but without Gordon Ramsay.

Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix are to return for a new ITV series - but without Gordon Ramsay.

The trio have worked together on travelogue show Gordon, Gino and Fred since 2017 but celebrated chef Ramsay now appears to have stepped away from the format.

D'Acampo and Sirieix's new show is called Gino and Fred's Emission Impossible and will see the pair go on a new road trip but with the caveat that they must do so as sustainably as possible.

"We're thrilled to be upcycled by ITV for another action-packed adventure and can't wait to cook up some fantastic sustainable dishes whilst hopefully stirring up debate around these important issues," the duo said in a statement.

"We might not come up with the recipe to save the planet but we hope to entertain, inform and inspire the audience to think about making changes in their own lives."

ITV's head of factual commissioning Nicola Lloyd added: "Gino and Fred have embraced their fair share of adventure over the years, but none more important than doing their tiny bit to save our planet... one organic vegetable at a time.

"Prepare for epic locations, mouth-watering food and a friendship that's as durable as a reusable keepy cup."

The show is expected to air on ITV next year.
