McIlroy happy with Texas Open finish
Rory McIlroy has insisted that his display at the Texas Open is a positive marker as he prepares for the Masters at Augusta National.
The Northern Irishman carded 66 in his final round at San Antonio today to <a href="/golf/news/laird-pips-mcilroy-to-texas-open-title_78359.html?visibilityoverride">finish second</a> in the warm-up tournament, just behind eventual winner Martin Laird.
