Wednesday's Champions League predictions including Istanbul vs. Manchester United

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Wednesday's Champions League fixtures, including Istanbul Basaksehir vs. Manchester United.

Zenit vs. Lazio (Wednesday, 5.55pm)

Russian champions Zenit welcome Lazio to St Petersburg on Wednesday, with the home side already in danger of being cut adrift at the bottom of Champions League Group F.

While Sergei Semak's side have lost both of their first two games in the section - at home to Club Brugge and away to Borussia Dortmund - their Roman visitors are joint-top on four points, thanks to a 3-1 home win against Dortmund and last week's draw in Bruges.

We say: Zenit St Petersburg 1-2 Lazio

Champions of Russia, Zenit must capitalise on home advantage to take their first points of the group stage - or effectively face an early exit.

Despite a wildly fluctuating start to the season, Lazio have proven they are made of sterner stuff, though. This battle of the sky-blues is set to go the way of the Biancocelesti, with Ciro Immobile back in time to lead the line.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Istanbul vs. Man Utd (Wednesday, 5.55pm)

Manchester United switch focus back to the Champions League on Wednesday evening with a trip to Turkish champions Istanbul Basaksehir.

The Red Devils have won both Group H matches so far and are six points better off than their opponents, who have lost their first two outings.

We say: Istanbul Basaksehir 0-2 Manchester United

Basaksehir have yet to collect a point from their two Champions League matches and, while they will certainly be up for this huge game, they lack the quality of their opponents.

United will be looking to respond to their disappointing defeat to Arsenal and this seems like the ideal kind of fixture to regain some momentum ahead of a tough trip to Everton.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Sevilla vs. Krasnodar (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Sevilla will be aiming to record back-to-back victories in the Champions League when they play host to Russian Premier League side FC Krasnodar in Wednesday's Group E encounter.

The La Liga giants edged last week's clash with Rennes by a 1-0 scoreline, whereas Krasnodar were no match for Chelsea as they lost 4-0 to the Blues on matchday two.

We say: Sevilla 2-0 FC Krasnodar

Sevilla have the knockout stages firmly in their sights and will be determined to rectify the weekend's mistakes with a win here. Krasnodar are enduring a woeful run of form themselves and have several absentees for matchday three, so we cannot see any other result than a comfortable win for Lopetegui's men.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Chelsea vs. Rennes (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Chelsea play host to Rennes in the Champions League on Wednesday evening looking to strengthen their hold of top spot in Group E.

Meanwhile, the French side make the trip to Stamford Bridge looking to record their first ever victory in the group stages of this competition.

We say: Chelsea 3-1 Rennes

If Lampard opts to make changes to his starting lineup, this game could prove more competitive than many people are anticipating. However, Chelsea should still be able to churn out a result at a time when they will want to put distance between themselves and the chasing pack.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Brugge vs. Dortmund (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Club Brugge host Borussia Dortmund in Group F of the Champions League on Wednesday, with the Belgian side looking to remain unbeaten after a promising start in the competition.

Dortmund, meanwhile, will be aiming to end a run of four consecutive away defeats in the Champions League as they look to climb above their opponents in the group.

We say: Club Brugge 1-2 Borussia Dortmund

Should Haaland and Hummels win their fitness battles, we expect Dortmund to have a little too much quality in both boxes for Brugge, who have not won a group match at home in this competition since 2005.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Barcelona vs. Dynamo Kiev (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Barcelona will look to maintain their 100% start in the Champions League when they welcome Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev to Camp Nou on Wednesday evening.

However, the Catalan giants have struggled in the league and stretched their winless run to four matches with a draw at Alaves on Saturday.

We say: Barcelona 4-0 Dynamo Kiev

Dynamo Kiev will be forced into a reshuffle following their coronavirus cluster, and 18-year-old Neshcheret is sure to be nervous at the prospect of facing Messi and co at the home of the Catalan powerhouses. Despite their domestic woes, Barca are steamrolling their way through the group and we are backing Koeman's men to record an emphatic victory on Wednesday evening.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Ferencvaros vs. Juventus (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Juventus travel to Hungary in search of a 100th Champions League victory, as they aim to get their continental campaign back on track after a pallid showing in defeat to Barcelona last week.

Wednesday night's hosts Ferencvaros, who themselves lost 5-1 at 'crisis club' Barca in their first group stage game for 25 years, fought back from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Dynamo Kiev last time out.

We say: Ferencvaros 0-2 Juventus

Any future 'European Super League' would inevitably see the death of such romantic ties as this - the meeting of two deeply historic clubs in beautiful Budapest.

Something of a David v Goliath contest, it is unlikely that Rebrov's Fradi side can hold out against the might and depth of the Juventus squad, though, as Pirlo's men can comfortably get back on track for knockout stage qualification.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

RB Leipzig vs. PSG (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

RB Leipzig entertain Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday in Group H of the Champions League, with both sides desperate to win after being defeated by Manchester United.

The two sides met as recently as August in the semi final of this competition, with PSG comfortably winning 3-0.

We say: RB Leipzig 2-2 Paris Saint-Germain

With both sides missing key players, we can see an entertaining score draw playing out here with neither side wishing to lose ground on each other in the race to progress to the knockout stages.

With Neymar injured, the fitness of Di Maria will be a crucial factor in order to provide a world-class link from midfield to attack.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.
