Tuesday's Champions League predictions including Man United, Chelsea, Barcelona

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Tuesday's Champions League action, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona all in action.

Krasnodar vs. Sevilla (Tuesday, 5.55pm)

Sevilla will head to Russia on Tuesday night knowing that a victory over FC Krasnodar would guarantee themselves a spot in the knockout round of the Champions League.

The Europa League holders are currently second in Group E, six points clear of their third-placed opponents, and will be eyeing their third European win of the season at Stadion FK Krasnodar.

We say: FC Krasnodar 1-2 Sevilla

Krasnodar have only won one of their last seven matches in all competitions, suffering five defeats in the process, and it is therefore difficult to back them to triumph here. Sevilla, on the other hand, have found some form in recent weeks, and we fancy Lopetegui's side to collect all three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Rennes vs. Chelsea (Tuesday, 5.55pm)

Top meets bottom in Group E of the Champions League on Tuesday as Rennes welcome leaders Chelsea to the Roazhon Park in gameweek four.

This weekend's hosts recently suffered their third defeat on the bounce with a 1-0 loss to Bordeaux on Friday, whereas Chelsea stormed to their fifth win in a row over Newcastle United.

We say: Rennes 0-2 Chelsea

Chelsea's defence is one of only two in the Champions League yet to be breached in the group stage - the other being Liverpool's - and Lampard should have confidence in his rearguard to keep yet another clean sheet here. Rennes are in a rut at the moment and have been performing abysmally compared to a Chelsea side sweeping aside all who stand before them, and we expect the Blues to triumph with ease and see their qualification for the knockout stages confirmed in midweek.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Lazio vs. Zenit (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Lazio attempt to consolidate their top-two position in Champions League Group F as they welcome a Zenit side who are bottom of the section at the halfway stage - already four points adrift of Tuesday's opponents.

In the reverse fixture last time out, Aleksandr Erokhin's first-half goal looked set to give Zenit a first win of the campaign in their first ever fixture against the Rome club, but Biancocelesti super-sub Felipe Caicedo levelled with eight minutes remaining.

We say: Lazio 2-1 Zenit St Petersburg

Home side Lazio's recent upturn in fortunes has come amid a backdrop of controversy and COVID-19 complications - both issues which their Russian visitors have become accustomed to of late.

As Zenit have stalled recently, a repeat of their close-miss 'nearly win' in St Petersburg when these clubs last met is perhaps too much to ask.

Ciro Immobile and razor-sharp strike partner Joaquin Correa are poised to ignite the strongest Lazio Champions League challenge in years and will not easily be stopped here.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Dortmund vs. Brugge (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Borussia Dortmund host Club Brugge in the Champions League on Tuesday, with the Germans aiming to win in order to move five points clear of their opponents with only two games remaining.

Lucien Favre's side ran out comfortable 3-0 winners in Brugge just three weeks ago, so will head into the match with plenty of confidence.

We say: Borussia Dortmund 2-0 Club Brugge

We expect Brugge to have learned a lesson from their previous defeat to Dortmund, but equally don't anticipate it being enough to see them gain a result.

Dortmund may find their opponents tougher to break down than last time, with less space in behind for Haaland to run into, but should still have too much quality.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Juventus vs. Ferencvaros (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Juventus look to place a stranglehold on the second qualification spot in Champions League Group G on Tuesday as they entertain rank outsiders Ferencvaros at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

The perennial Italian champions have six points in the section - three of them from a 4-1 success in the return fixture last time out - when Alvaro Morata scored twice to establish a five-point cushion in second place, behind Barcelona.

Serhiy Rebrov's Ferencvaros, meanwhile, have accrued just one point so far - level with Dynamo Kiev at the halfway stage.

We say: Juventus 3-0 Ferencvaros

Progress towards the knockout rounds is likely to be serene for the hosts, as they have their star man back in action and have begun to accrue a more consistent run of results, winning three of their last four outings.

Though Ferencvaros are a welcome addition to the Champions League scene after many years of absence, their Group G defensive record so far has been atrocious - 11 goals conceded in their first 3 games.

Expect Juve to add further to that total in Turin, with another comprehensive win on the cards.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Dynamo Kiev vs. Barcelona (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman pictured in October 2020© Reuters

Barcelona will travel to Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday night knowing that a victory would see them book their spot in the knockout round of the Champions League with two games to spare.

Ronald Koeman's side are currently top of Group G with nine points, while Dynamo occupy third position in the section, having picked up just one point from their opening three matches.

We say: Dynamo Kiev 1-2 Barcelona

Barca will be determined to bounce back from their defeat at Atletico, and Koeman's side have been impressive in the Champions League this season. We are expecting a tight match in Kiev but believe that the visitors will have enough to pick up their fourth Group G win, advancing to the knockout round in the process.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

PSG vs. RB Leipzig (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Paris Saint-Germain can blow the race to make the Champions League knockout stages wide open when they welcome RB Leipzig to the Parc des Princes for Tuesday's Group H clash.

The hosts have only managed to come out on top once in their three European games so far, whereas Leipzig have triumphed twice to sit three points above their gameweek four opponents.

We say: Paris Saint-Germain 2-2 RB Leipzig

A fully-fit PSG would have been confident of dismantling a decimated Leipzig defence at the Parc des Princes, but the visitors are sure to fancy their chances against a Parisiens side plagued by injuries and suspensions. The hosts should be able to start their famed attacking trio of Di Maria, Mbappe and Neymar, but with several concerns in other areas of the pitch, we think Leipzig will do enough to come away from the French capital with a point in what should be a pulsating encounter.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Istanbul (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Bruno Fernandes celebrates scoring for Manchester United against West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on November 21, 2020© Reuters

Manchester United will be looking to return to winning ways in the Champions League when they welcome Istanbul Basaksehir to Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

The Red Devils remain top of Group H, level on points with second-placed RB Leipzig, despite suffering a 2-1 defeat away to Basaksehir in the reverse match earlier this month.

We say: Manchester United 2-0 Istanbul Basaksehir

United will be determined to gain revenge on Basaksehir and secure back-to-back wins at Old Trafford in all competitions. The visitors are certainly capable of making it a difficult game for the Red Devils, but we expect Solskjaer's side to put a third Champions League win of the season on the board.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
