Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Luton Town

Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their FA Cup fourth-round tie with Luton Town on Sunday.

Chelsea have a chance to respond to their latest Premier League setback when they host Luton Town in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues lost 2-0 to Leicester City on Tuesday evening to make it five defeats in their last eight top-flight outings, only increasing the pressure on boss Frank Lampard.

Focus now switches to this weekend's visit of Championship side Luton, who knocked out Reading 1-0 to set up this tie at Stamford Bridge.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the game.

N'Golo Kante

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: January 24 (vs. Luton Town)

N'Golo Kante missed the defeat to Leicester with a hamstring issue. Having also recently served a suspension, Lampard will be keen to get the midfielder back up to speed ASAP.

Olivier Giroud

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: January 24 (vs. Luton Town)

Olivier Giroud was unable to shake off a knock sustained against Fulham last week, keeping him out of the midweek trip to Leicester. Lampard is hopeful that the striker will miss "only a few days", so he should be back in contention for this cup tie.

CHELSEA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Chelsea have no players suspended for this game.
