Barcelona confirm that Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet, Frenkie de Jong and Marc-Andre ter Stegen have all signed new deals with the club.

Barcelona quartet Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet, Frenkie de Jong and Marc-Andre ter Stegen have all put pen to paper on new deals with the Catalan giants.

La Blaugrana's past few months have been turbulent to say the least - with talisman Lionel Messi announcing his desire to leave and the club at war with players and staff regarding pay cuts amid the coronavirus pandemic.

However, Ronald Koeman's side have now confirmed that four first-team regulars have committed their futures to the club, with Pique - sent off in Barca's 5-1 thrashing of Ferencvaros in the Champions League - tied down to the Catalan powerhouses until 2024.

Ter Stegen's future has been the subject of much speculation over the summer, but the German shot-stopper has now signed an extension until 2025, while De Jong and Lenglet have renewed terms until 2026.

Pique and Ter Stegen's new contracts both include release clauses of €500m (£457m), although the former's new four-year deal is subject to him making a specific number of appearances for Barcelona next season.

De Jong's release clause is set at €400m (£366m), while Lenglet's buy-out clause is the lowest of the lot at €300m (£274m).
